The site \u2013 a weaving mill founded in the mid-19th century and operated until 2002 \u2013 is the starting point for a multi-layered examination of the history and future of the region\u2019s industrial and post-industrial society. The site exemplarily represents the overarching socio-economic changes with which the Swiss Pre-Alpine valleys are confronted in the transition to the information age.<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\\\"_Maintext\\\" style=\\\"text-align: left;\\\"><span>We developed an online platform, contribution archive, digital exhibition-space and an accompanying publication with contributions from various disciplines (artists, journalists, authors, historians, anthropologists, urban planners, etc).<\/span><\/p><p class=\\\"_Maintext\\\"
