For the 2017 reformation anniversary, we designed a poster edition, which has been live printed at Zurich's Hauptbahnhof. The posters draw a pictorial portrait of an ambivalent city between morality and turmoil, harmony and anticipated emergency, innovation and anticipatory obedience, solidarity and mutual surveillance, ambition and abyss, care and luxury, world class and narrowness. Historical and contemporary references are brought together in the form of a visual kaleidoscope: from Luxemburgerli to the Verrichtungsbox, from Max Bill to Platzspitz, from Globusprovisorium to Europaallee, and from “Züri Brännt” to Geroldsgarten.
